Select the plan you want to sign up for, such as Office 365 Business Premium, scroll down the page, and select Try free for 1 month.
On the next page, follow the steps to set up your account.
The signup process may take several minutes to complete. Once it's complete, you'll get more details on how to start using your subscription.

Cancel my trial subscription
If you decide to cancel your trial before the free trial period ends, go to the Microsoft admin center and turn off the auto-renew option in the payment and billing area. The trial will automatically expire when your month is finished and your credit card won't be charged.
